These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games published by Emotion Factory ("we", "us"), including Tile Journey, and of emofactory.io. By downloading or playing our games you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the games, except where the law permits.
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools or automation, or interfere with the games or other players. We may suspend access for violations.
Games may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency or items. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money and may be changed or discontinued. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds follow the stores' policies.
The games, including art, code, music, characters and the Tile Journey and Emotion Factory names and logos, are owned by Emotion Factory or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
We may update, change or discontinue a game or its features at any time. Some features require an internet connection and may be unavailable in some regions.
Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emotion Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The current version always lives at emofactory.io.
