This Privacy Policy explains how Emotion Factory ("we", "us") handles information when you play our mobile games, including Tile Journey, or visit emofactory.io.

1. Information we collect

Our games can be played without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email or other contact details in-game. We and our service providers may automatically collect:

Device information: device model, operating system, language, region, app version;
Identifiers: advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) and similar app-level identifiers;
Gameplay data: levels played, progress, session length, in-game events;
Purchase events: confirmation of in-app purchases processed by the App Store or Google Play (we never see your payment details).

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve our games: fixing bugs, balancing levels, saving progress, measuring performance and, where permitted, showing and measuring advertising.

3. Third-party services

Our games may use third-party analytics and advertising services (for example, platform analytics and ad networks). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Payments are handled entirely by Apple App Store and Google Play.

4. Advertising choices

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings: on iOS via Settings → Privacy → Tracking, on Android via Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS we request permission before tracking, as required by App Tracking Transparency.

5. Children

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (including the EEA, UK and California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete data associated with your device, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email us — include your device type so we can locate the data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our games evolve. The latest version always lives at emofactory.io, with the date above.
